Well, first things first -
After Brad, Gabe, (and yes, he's Goopy, but I really hate that name),
Nicole, Rie, Sleeko, Steele, Trevor and Yes got moved into their new house
the next thing on the list was to get to know each other better
and "make friends", (you know how Sims are).
So, that's what they did.
Pretty basic stuff,.....
Of course nothing brings Sims together quite as well
as chatting it up about fine jewelry.
While they sit and blab I thought you might like a look-see
around the house, it has 2 stories, all the bedrooms are upstairs
and it's an ever-changing project in progress.
As I play them more,
the deco will find it's perfect place in the house.
In the meantime, some of it's pretty bare but it won't stay that way.

I'm not very happy with how it looks so it will change soon.

This room is faaaaar from being done -
only a couple of easels there now but am working on it.

Very basic and no flowers yet but a lot of trees.
I play three seasons of fall and one winter
so there are always plenty of leaves to rake up.
And I gave them a pond so they can go fishing
and add up those nature points!
They all sat around yakking for quite awhile after moving in.

And I made sure to put them all in each others
Friendship Zones, (ACR).
Didn't want anyone falling in love too quickly.
I'm hoping they'll get to know their neighbors and co-workers first
and maybe find true love there!
But next thing on the list,
and a lot more important than meeting Mr. or Ms. Right,
it was time to buckle down and get a job!
One of my main "rules" with this new round with the Simski's
is that they have to have an LTW geared towards a career.
If they had an LTW for something not career oriented
I used the Sim Blender to re-roll their LTW until they did.
Only career not allowed is Criminal Mastermind.
And another rule was that no LTW's could be
the same in one household.
Here's what the Simski's ended up with regarding their LTW's
Brad - Mayor
Gabe - Hand Of Poseidon
Nicole - Captain Hero
Rie - Head Of The SCIA
Sleeko - Celebrity Chef
Steele - Space Pirate
Trevor - Mad Scientist
Yes - City Planner
So, off to work they went.
Most of them started at the very bottom of the barrel
in whatever career they chose so they had a good amount of skills
to get in order to make it up that ladder of success.
But it didn't take long for the promotions and those fat bonuses
to start rolling in one right after the other!
Most days they went off to work quite happy.
When they weren't working or skilling up they did what most Sims do -
rolls wants to do or have things totally OUT of the question.
No, you cannot be a werewolf and buy a DJ Booth!

without any prompting from me, (in no specific order).

Yep, a lot of blabbing goin on!
Have to admit ACR worked real well in keeping them
from flirting with another and staying in the Friendship Zone
No one made a move on anyone.
And as much as they were outside raking leaves and on
the look-out for potential mates walking by,
it just wasn't happening,
I began to wonder if they were ever going to meet any Sims
of the opposite sex outside of their own house!
And they weren't bringing anyone home from work either -
with the exception of same-sex Sims.
But then -
one night that noisy, beater of a car pool heap pulled up
and lo and behold, Sleeko brought home a co-worker!
And by gosh if it wasn't one of her very favorite Sims-
Darren Dreamer, although in THIS hood his name is Darren Verona.
So, what ya think?
Did Sleeko and Darren look deep into each other's eyes,
swoon and fall madly in love?
